NOTE: Currently in  Sydney Australia only SUPYoga and Stand Up Paddle Beginner Lessons are available. Lessons are intimate with Charlotte only taking a maximum of 4 people in all lessons. With Charlotte being a Master trainer of SUPYoga her schools main focus is on SUPYoga lessons. Workout on Water does NOT hire boards anywhere. BEGINNER LESSON

The great appeal about Standup Paddle Boarding is that no previous experience is required, and you do not have to be super fit to give it a try. Designed for the absolute beginner this lesson teaches you everything you need to know to get you up on the water and have fun safely. You are guaranteed to be up paddling in your first lesson. Session covers proper posture and stance, balance, advanced stroke techniques, turning and what gear to select. It is recommended you take a beginner lesson before taking a Stand up Paddleboard Specialty (Yoga/Fitness) class.

Cost: $50 for one lesson. $150 for three lessons

World renowned lessons with Charlotte Piho, the ‘Queen of SUPYoga’ . Both yoga and Stand up Paddleboarding are great for building better balance, flexibility, coordination, endurance, strength and neuromuscular re-education. SUP-Yoga unites the two – providing a truly amazing workout where all elements are connected to one’s true self. No Yoga experience needed.

Cost: $50 for one lesson. $150 for four lessons or $250 for ten lessons. Private Lessons $100 per person or 4 people for $300.

FOW provides an invigorating and challenging full body workout by combining paddle boarding with Pilates- inspired strengthening, toning and kinetic exercises such as push-ups, squats and planks.  A fun, low impact class using simple but high intensity moves.
